SERVICE OVERVIEW

 

We’ll handle incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers and help them with their inquiries, complaints, and feedback. Also we will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

To succeed in this role, ADL Call Center has excellent communication and problem-solving skills, able to multitask and work under pressure, and have a positive and customer-focused attitude.
